Lawn Maintenance

Your lawn constantly requires attention and LawnSouth offers a program to keep it looking great all year long. During the Spring, Summer and Fall we provide weekly visits to mow, edge, prune and blow off debris. In the Winter we provide less frequent but longer visits to prune, scalp and prepare beds for the spring growth cycle.

Lawn Maintenance Program

Spring, Summer March 1st – September 30th

Spring and Summer Basic Maintenance (weekly visits)

Mow grass, trim with weedeater, edge beds, driveways and walkways, weed and spray bed areas. Shrubs are pruned once per month. Blow off drive, walks, curb, front, back porches, decks, and patios.

Fall October 1st – December 31st
Regular Maintenance Plus Leaf Cleanup (weekly visits)
We continue the same regular maintenance schedule as above plus blowing leaves off of turf grass and shrubs into designated natural areas. Leaves can also be hauled to the dump by our crews for an additional dumping charge. In the Atlanta area, leaf removal is an important part of Fall maintenance.

Winter January 1st – February 2th
Winter Work and Spring Prep (1 visit per month)
Clean up winter leaves, prune crepe myrtles, weed and spray beds for winter weeds, begin scalping warm season lawns. These visits prepare your property for Spring and eliminate the need for Spring clean up.
